Method

Step 1: Prepare the Cream Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick. This forms the sweet base of the cream layer. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone until smooth, then gently fold it into the egg mixture. Whip the chilled cream until soft peaks form and fold it into the mascarpone mixture, creating a light and airy filling.

Step 2: Make the Coffee Dip
